i didn't expect there to be this many patches (or even bands) on it man.. thats more than mine, and mine is stuffed..
the Pantera / SOAD combination and the Art Cube / those 2 japanese bands combination look great together.
also love how the patches at both sides of the backpatch fit so perfectly. are they costom made?

Well, the vest is means to be XXL, but it fits like a size between L and XL, so I can wear it over my leatherjacket without problems. And that gives much space and the shapes also make it possible to put on so many bands (thou I never thought I listen to so many bands lol).
Yepp, they're costum to fit the gasps, embroidered them myself - good ol' DIY.

If you're good at sewing, it's kinda easy with some practice. You only need firm fabrics, interfacing for the backside, an embroidery hoop and a shitload of patience. XD

I give this five flames just for the great diversity in bands. Always nice to see a Queen patch. Love these kind of jackets way more than those with only one genre. That's just boring. This one is great!

This vest is definitely a personal expression. I love the diversity. You can tell it is a European vest because of the eclectic taste; in the states, people make their vests with one genre in mind, more or less. Mine is pretty random though. Great work on the DIY!

I've never seen patches for a ton of these bands before, are some of these vintage/OG from the 90's? Specifically:

Thanks. Malfunkshun is a costum patch shop which just embroidered the words you want. Its quality is so bad that it's almost funny. The TAD is DIY and embroidered by hand.
