There are no bullets. Looks like she took some short strips of non-disintegrating ammo belt, and drilled holes through the shells and belt and sewed them onto the vest.

Yep, that`s right. I couldn`t find bullets, here is forbbiden to have something like that, to wear it, so I just make it like that.
