I think this is one of my first "Heavy Metal" jackets, i cant really call it a battle jacket.
Under the venom patch there is a drawing of Sid Vicious that one of my friends did.

I'm all for differences of opinion but what Zausel said is just uncalled for. What? Just because it doesn't have 60 plus patches and still haves the sleeves on (it's Sweden for fuck sake...do you want to freeze your testicles off during the winter?), that makes this worthless? I don't think so! I've said it before and I will say it again and that is LESS IS MORE! I swear the nerve of some people of today's generation. Do they not realize that back then, you had to wait from anywhere to one month to a couple of months just for a mail order. There was NO INTERNET back then. To where as nowadays one person can find out 80 new bands in two hours, it took probrably six hours to get to the nearest record store back then to find out three new bands. Bands like Venom, Raven, and Metallica where new at the time and maybe that's all the kids had access to during the mid 80's. Plus, side from band slike Bathory, Candlemass, and Mefisto, there wasn't that big of a metal scene in Swden at that time. Use you brain folks. That's what it's there for.

Awesome jacket full of history. I've seen that Venom patch around a few times. I've always liked the "hand painted" look of it.

I know this is an old ass thread but I have to give this beautiful piece 5 flames. This is what our 80s jackets looked like. Mine is the same very few patches and cutting your sleeves off was not very common. Especially when the school you went to didn't allow cutoffs. This is a Pre fuckin- world wide web jacket!!! Awasome!
