Cranium Main vest (minor) update

Some minors updates, took off S.O.D. patch and added Poison Idea, Cranium and Ghoul(textile/DIY patches), also changed the placement of some patches in the front, plus the adding of a couple of studs, need more studs to complete JP trident(back) tho(more of a problem of lazyness than money haha).

The back is beyond fucking amazing, love all those patches especially the Barbatos Anal Vomit! Chain is badass gotta be careful in that pit haha

Thanks , I got most of my patches from the same source(ecept the one from Anal Vomit, tha one I found it on pure luck), and the worst problem that chain gaves me is when one of the links open a little, while in the pit, and the chain "brokes", it's kinda annoying but I can solve that in a couple of seconds.
