Slayer First Battle Jacket

This was my first battlejacket, these are my only pictures of it to my knowledge.

The jacket was gifted to me by my ex-father in law back in early 2016, it came with the Beherit patch. According to him it was a real vintage patch that he got from the band somewhere in the 90’s. He said that the patch belonged to the vest and that I needed to take good care of the patch.

My grandmother (rest in peace) helped me put the rest of the patches together, she’s wearing the jacket in the pictures.

I wore it in 2016 and 2017, but later stripped it of all the patches. The Slayer backpatch was sold, and the Sepultura patch was donated to a friend of mine from the United States. The Beherit patch was kept on te side for a future project, which I now rock on my third jacket.

The reason I got rid of the actual jacket was because of the synthetic leather that was really painful in the summer. It wasn’t comfortable either and it was very stiff so putting it on was tricky. I don’t know what happened to the jacket anymore. I believe it’s back with my ex’s family but I’m not sure.
