Of course! I wouldn't have guessed without this clue. To be honest, initially I checked various associations related to Lieutenant Colombo and I found nothing. Then I asked my wife what came to her mind when she heard the word Colombo. She said Sri Lanka. Then it was straight forward;) Btw, I was in Colombo about 10 years ago, but I didn't attend any concert;)
