TWISTED SISTER Dee Snider vintage backpatch.
It comes from an 80s private collection. It's the first time I ever see this design as a backpatch. Its only occurrence I was aware of was in small printed patch form, as in streicherzzy's collection: http://tshirtslayer.com/patch/twisted-sister-patch-0
It's been sewn on once, is slightly creased (but this could be easily corrected with books or an iron), and the top border is unsewn on one centimeter or so (see pictures). It's otherwise in a very good condition.
