The Motorhead patch looks vintage, but the others are recent.

I am certain that the Killers and Scorpions are vintage at least - the Killers seems to pop up a lot more in the USA, so I guess it was produced over there. I've owned a couple and they were almost certainly 80s based on the border, backing, discolouration etc... There is a similar new version of the Killers axe which includes a handle.

Scorpions patch looks like its recent to me ;)
Unsure on the maiden one, but those tight-weave borders look like its modern.
When I say modern, I mean within the last 20 years.

I always think embroidered patches are hard to date unless you can examine them closely... Sometimes even then! The border on the maiden is not unlike that blue black Sabbath circle patch, with the excess thread taped down with a yellowing piece of plastic.
I've taken that exact same Scorpions patch off a jacket before, and all the other stuff on there was from about 1980.
