Also provocation and shocking effect have allways been part of Metal imagery and doesn't mean anything more for many bands and fans.
Now if your point is that this imagery and lyrics carry too much bad things, there is a better way to put that into people's heads than bothering them in a social website wich purpose is not to debate about those things.
Just go write a book and publish it, you seem to like hearing yourself talk and you have all the literature references for it.

Let’s focus clearly on the nazis and their given imagery and a given population partaking in this particular tribal ident-architecture exceptionalism. Especially as we drift towards increasingly interesting times. Brave to bear the symbol, but then to deny it be anything other than a pretty picture? Or an enlivening sound?

Seems to make some of y’all all hackled being reminded of just what certain symbols mean, in and out of context. Motörhead. Kiss. Black Sabbath. All three used SS runes and provocative authoritarian imagery and theatrics successfully. Black magik SS imagery feels a bit more…well, not quite revanchist, but also not sincere. Just enough wiggle room for those who need a smoke screen. No, that’s not accurate enough. Need to develop the language there. Will work upon it.

If it’s just..,animal catharsis ye be after, as I said before, good luck in yer senior year. We live, we die, and a whole bunch of mystery flows with tides between. To sup of just the aesthetic is, as I stated before, hyper-palatable. Not nutritional. Tranquillizing stress avoidance. Modernity is complex, and it is easier to just call BS on the systems of complexity that act, in sum, as pharmakon. I would encourage and support any truly free or aspiring to be free person to seek out better ends and break conditioning, be it family, friends, state, tribe, illusory self/atman, whichever.

As for the cinema, I have not seen many Tarantino films, nor many films for that matter, that matter. Save Kestrels Eye, that’s a wondrous piece of art. Highly recommended.

Look, when it comes to this band , they are at best bad provocators using nazi imagery to sell through nsbm labels , at worst real nazis that try to keep their hands "clean" promoting fascist imagery without saying a word.
At the end of the day, it's people responsibility to promote this shit by listening to their music or wearing their patches (I personally don't) , all im saying is that this is not the place to go political on it and that if you like the music without defending their beliefs , or showcasing their imagery it's quite ok with me.
I like Burzum music and do not agree with anything Varg has to say for example.
The fact that this king of imagery appears here is the entire responsibility of the people who upload it not the whole metal community, nothing more.

Y’all really have some curious drugs available. At the risk of being reductive, if soma-simplicity be what y’all desire: ‘I do not care how my hunger is fulfilled, just that my hunger is fulfilled.’ I expect more from metal personages capable of accessing the world of human development at their fingertips (growing AI perversions aside).
