AC/DC If you want Blood, vikings/barbarians back patch

A touch of nostalgia for me with this patch a had a mini back patch version of this one when I was about 11, my mum sewed it onto a nylon jacket for me, always loved the colours and composition but never understood what it had to do with the band,.as it has mire a Conan, Red Sonia deel to it.

Anyway years later I found this one in great condition, just a little bent at the corners inthe post.

There are some very strange AC/DC back patches out there, where the company clearly just slapped their logo on some fantasy art. That said it makes them quite unique and fun to collect! I would be confused too seeing this as a kid, it does not align with AC/DC's music or lyrics at all hahah. Gotta love the red iguana living the lizard life on the left side too

It really is a mish mash of things and none of the as you say associated with AC/DC. I have seen the other more psychedelic back patches for 'Monsters of Rock' and 'For those about to Rock', totally out there, I remember a friend had one for 'For those about to Rock' that had the field cannon bt the company had added lots of skeleton soldiers to it to make it more 'metal'!

As you say it's a bit of fun.

Yeah that could be any band logo on that illustration, more Dio in spirit than AC/DC.

Oui, j'avais le mien vers 1982-83, comme je l'ai dit, c'était un petit patch mais ce n'était pas celui que j'ai vu ailleurs. Même aujourd'hui, il est encore difficile à trouver.
