Woven patch.

Note the red eyes and the red stream going from top to bottom. This is because the weaving process requires the entire span of the patch and white thread can be semi-translucent.

I bought it at the Nuclear War Now! webstore and I think I saw it on some European distros, but I don't know where the design comes from. I also remember seeing an enamel pin of this same design.

It's associated with Metal Blade Records, it was on the back of the Metal Massacre II compilation :)
