I'm spent this week, but next week I should be back on the prowl to buy patches.

Just a heads up that realms of chaos is a boot. The only official bolt thrower patches are the cenotaph shield and square and a few variations of the logo strip all have a trademark on them.

Yeah I saw the Cenotaph shield for 250$, which isn't bad, just not in the budget right now.

Even with those watch out i know there are bootlegs of the strip out there that even have the trademark at the bottom there are some posts on tss that show how to tell the boots

The strip boots are pretty easy to spot if you know what to look for though. The real one has what kinda looks like spiky bits around the center cross thingy, the bootleg does not so that's a dead giveaway.
