Great catch man!
This is not a tragedy at all I would say. Make a lukewarm bath with some enzymatic cleaner in there, let it soak, and gently brush with a soft tooth brush. You will be surprise how well this works on old patches.

Thanks, really crucial advice!, But there's a slightly bigger problem than can be shown in the post, i will share now a picture of backing, and its clearly visible that there are dried glue stains on back farbic.

First world problem mate. If you simply use the patch you don't have to worry about the back. I tend to only look at the front of my patches 😉

True, but those areas on the patch has hardened, Im afraid the needle won't break and will have difficulty penetrating, but will try to soften it over steam
