If you only see the Bootleg it doesn't look bad at all. But then, compared to the Original...
Let's just say you clearly see the difference.

Right one is original. Left one doesn't have any silver thread which is strongly evident when seen IRL. Then there is the border issue to the graphic which occurs in nearly all of the bootlegs of other patches made by China patch (seen clearly on the left side of the left coffin next to the date and copyright info lulz). Also, look at the pixelated mess the boot makes of the blood on the logo and the background. Ain't nothin like the real thing. ;)
