I can have my own opinion, not sure why you're trying to convince me that my opinion is invalid. I'm a graphic designer so I'm picky, and I'm sure there are a lot of patch designs that most people are okay with that I wouldn't be. The Venom patch is a bit better because the use of only two colors helps tie everything together, the logo is taller and takes up room on the patch, and the two pentagrams aren't as large as they are on the Bathory patch. Still, overall it's not the greatest design (although it is a classic). The "Welcome to Hell" text works better on that one, though, because it is the same color as the stroke around the Venom logo and doesn't stand out as much.

Im not trying to convince anybody here, as you said we all can have our own opinion, I didn't mean to sound harsh. The venom patch definitely looks way better I really like the glitter on it, but is just a matter of taste I like both of them.

Yeah, your comment came across a bit harsh when I first read it. My apologies since that wasn't what you intended. The Bathory logo just wasn't made for this kind of patch I suppose, not really too much you can do except remove the Pentagrams completely. People seem to like the design so it doesn't really matter what I think anyways.

It would be perfect if the goats were white. I don't get why people are so obsessed with the piss-yellow goat when the colour is originally a failed printing on the LP cover.

I also see you did the Venom one, when I saw it the first thought was "Why the hell is the logo in blue, it doesn't fit the image at all."
Yellow is still the original, failure on printing or not.

Haha it's ORIGINAL KVLT 100%!!! You probably worship pink Deathcrush as well, even though it looks horrible and wasn't what the band wanted? I understand that diehard fans of Bathory want the yellow goat LP in their collection as it's the rare first press but come on, the piss-yellow goat cannot actually LOOK better than the white one?
I have a repress with the white one myself but I don't see any problems with this patch at all. And yellow isn't as bad as pink does, just compare original press of Mayhem's "Deathcrush" with Bathory's "S/T" (both ended up being like that cause of printing failure)

Well I just think that the yellow colour in this patch is totally unnecessary and breaks the great black/white/red code.

It wasn't a failed printing, they wanted it in gold originally but lacked the funds for the colouring, so they choose yellow instead for the 1st pressing, then decided it didn't look right and changed it to white for the second pressing.
This whole "error printing" is just a myth, as well as that there was only 300 pressings of the first, There are in reality about 1000, and it was recently bootlegged in 2010 and made to look exactly the same as the original to make money.

buen diseño, y buena diagramación, los colores están bien empleados. Tal vez el logo pudo haber sido un poco mas grande, pero en general un buen parche. A los que no les gusta, simplemente no lo compren y ya!

Gracias bro!! La verdad es que mucha gente da una buena critica, sobre algunos puntos del parche que pudieron ser mejores. En lo personal me gusto un chingo el diseño (lo hizo un amigo), por eso me anime a sacarlo. Y como dices, a quien le guste lo va a pedir, y a quien no, pues no y no pasa nada. That´s right, my patch supplier sent me 90 instead 100 patches. I shipped the patches to all those who paid for it. Unfortunately I had to cancel some orders from people who reserved without pay for it. If you buy stuff on a website, they dont reserve your stuff until the payment is done, I used the same process. I´ll probably dont use the pre-order system again.
