Hi sorry to inform you but that top one is fake. Had it before and it just looked different from all my other 90s patches. It was too thin with wearing backing material. It would be a part of this group in the link made over a decade ago https://tshirtslayer.com/patch/fake-patches

You can tell the more rugged borders are more early 90s and the weaving is more space out, doesn’t have close weaving like newer patches

Compare and think again. I had this patch like I said and I really compared with the one in the picture. Why would there be another version that totally looks different?

Nope there used to be an eBay seller and a website selling those patches on the first link with multiple copies. Always 10+ in quantity and for only those specific designs on the first link, this one was not included on that picture but it was with that group of patches. This was over 10 years ago when the patches came into circulation from Thailand.
