Thanks man. I have sold a few to friends over the years but to be honest there is so much work that goes into my diy back patches that most people wouldn't pay for them. I mean they can take anywhere from 30 - 60 hours of labour all up so even if I only charge $5 per hour you are still looking at $200 - $300 per patch. So I just tend to make them for my own use. That being said, I just have a lot of them hanging around unused at the moment so I may just end up selling them cheap to get rid of them.

I totally understand, I'm an artist as well. It's very hard to sell art for a price that is truly worth it to the artist.

Yes that is true. A lot of people don't understand the time involved, plus art is something I love doing so I am also hesitant to make it into just another job which I may end up hating. It happened once many years ago and I didn't create anything for 2-3 years after as I was just burnt out.
