This is actually the design of the first Bathory pin that saw the light of day in the beginning of the 90ts, don't think that there were any necklaces done so my guess is that this used to be a pin...and yeah, i'm looking for that damn pin..:)

This one took awhile to find! Actually traded the first one I had for the Autopsy pin made by Pagan. Luckily found the Bathory one again on eBay.
