Tomtom, who's the most knowledgable person I know of when it comes to AC/DC patches, seems to think it's a boot. I quote him: "Patches der Back in Black Motive erfreuen sich großer Beliebheit bei den Bootlegern. Diesen Bootpatch habe ich in drei verschiedenen Versionen in meiner Sammlung dieser Patch ist mit weiß beschriftet." I think he's on TSS - maybe he'll confirm his thoughts here. I'm a bit more skeptical myself. It looks really good anyway.
