I have this very same hoodie and I bought it at the Nuclear Blast Store at Krossener Straße in Berlin, Germany when it was still in business. Must have been around 2004 - I recently saw a photo from 2004 or early 2005 where I was wearing it. Probably officially licensed from Metal Blade. The store had a lot of official MB/Earache/etc. merch back then.
