Monarque Patch Jacket Numero Un. (Updated)
Here you go. Up to date version. It has been like that forever though. The new goodies are the Swans patch, the Merzbow patch and the Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats patch.
I changed the title too. Yeeey no sarcasm anymore.
The pins are Darkthrone, The Sisters of Mercy and Dropkick Murphys. And the GoMA rider.
It's still not perfectly symmetrical at the front but I seriously have given up on that.

Actually I have yet to take new pictures of it. I've added a Swans patch under the Lunar Aurora one and a Merzbow patch under the Deafheaven backpatch.

I really like the Swans and Merzbow patches. I don't really know any of the other bands. I also like the Junji Ito patch. This site is how I found out about his work.
