Agalloch My battle jacket

So here's my battlejacket. It was made with love and I tried to make it quite representative of my musical tastes. First I wanted a black jacket for a "only BM kutte" but didn't find one so I changed my mind.

Just superb bands on this vest, and it looks very cool aswell! Where did you get that In The Woods... patch?

Didn't expected it to be so big (I think it's really cheap for a backpatch) but I was really happy when I received it, I think it works really well with the WITTR backpatch

Yeah, the combination of them both looks amazing. And both are just awesome bands! I definitely need some of those other patches, aswell.

Le patch dossard WITTR est super et c'est la première fois que je vois un patch Oranssi Pazuzu, une vraie perle ta veste avec ces patchs!

Merci ! Le patch Oranssi Pazuzu je l'ai trouvé chez Depressive Illusions records, première fois que j'en voyais un aussi et j'ai sauté dessus. Sinon le dossard WITTR j'ai un peu triché, c'est un bootleg d'un patch qui est épuisé depuis un sacré moment. Mais ma vraie perle, c'est le patch Dark Buddha Rising, je l'ai trouvé d'occaz' sur l'équivalent finlandais du Bon Coin et j'ai demandé à une copine française qui vit en Finlande de demander à son copain d'enchérir pour moi et ils me l'ont envoyé.

Because a friend of mine who is a dry-cleaner told me she wasn't sure it would work well on my vest, that it would turn grey and brown (the sleeves' fringes) rather than black and that my jacket may shrink. So I decided to keep it blue rather than getting some muddy rags because I think the vest itself is pretty cool.

That vest looks awesome! I'm not a huge WitTR fan though. The only album I like by them is Black Cascade.

Thank you ! Well maybe you could try another album if you haven't yet, Black Cascade is the one I like the least ! I think they're progressively becoming one of my favorite metal bands and I'm also very excited about their forthcoming release which won't be metal at all (they're getting ambient) . BUT, let's face it, the day Agalloch decide to bring some backpatchs to Europe, my WITTR backpatch may be removed.

Well maybe it's just not your thing ! I must say that Agalloch was my choice #1 but I didn't find any backpatch and didn't want to bootleg any of their artworks. I had less scruples with WITTR and I decided to go for this bootleg because uhm it's just sooo cool ! Just the kind of designs I love for backpatches !!

Horns ? Do you mean the golden one? It's not horns but antlers and it's Agalloch (not their official logo but a symbol they used for their 2010 release Marrow of the Spirit)

Super sympa le patch Agalloch, première fois que je le vois !
Et ce Summoning, le rouge fait toujours son petit effet ^^
Première fois aussi que je vois un backpatch WITTR, très bon choix ! Celestial Lineage m'avais littéralement scotché, excellent album à mon humble avis !! Ce rigueur d'intro sur Thuja Magus Imperium *-*
Je n'ai pas vraiment pris le temps d'écouter leur dernier album, mais celui d'Agalloch est vraiment sympa !
