Nice to see some different bands here that I feel goes underappreciated on this site, such as Death SS and Demon's Gate. I expect you've heard too and are happy about Scald being active again.

Not sure yet whether I'll go to HOD to see how that reunion is like or not, their album is in my doom metal top 3 though. And bands that don't have collectable vintage patches often go underappreciated on this site hahah...

I see Solstice, I see Scald, I put an instant 5F. I think I never heard of The Black. It looks they have a rather important discography. Any album you'd recommand to get into them ?

The Black is a fantastic and unique doom metal band, but probably too weird for most people and for the rest an acquired taste... They have a very distinctive trademark sound and style so any album will give a strong impression of how the band sounds like, but I would recommend Peccatis Nostris which is my favourite one, followed by Apocalypsis and Capistrani Pugnator.
