Woven Patch printed and licensed from Catacombs for the Canadian band Slaughter in 2009 features the Surrender or Die design on it.

IO have a few of these and willing to sell them for 2 bucks each as well as the price of a stamp to wherever you live. If you look in my gallery i have the Slaughter logo patch as well.
