I needed a new backpatch and realized that Overkill would be a great choice for it. Unfortunately there are hardly any Overkill-BPs, so I made my own from a shirt.
I cut the artwork out of the shirt and by using such a two-sided iron-on cloth 'glue' (iron on one cloth, then take-off the layer similar to baking paper and iron the other cloth on so that the two cloths stick together) I strengthened it with black cloth on the back. Then I (or better my mother) sewed once around it near the borders with the sewing machine (I'm more into hand-sewing...).
That's it! I put a pen on the picture for scale comparison because the backpatch is really huge. And totally awesome.
