Grew up in SoCal ...the 80's in Hollywood was fuckin amazing the Strip swarmed with QR, the Crue, Faster Pussycat, GNR, Poison, Warrant, LA Guns, WASP...tt was a 3 ring circus, music , women, drinking fighting and fucking. All the afore mentioned were the stars of the Strip at the time but bands like Metallica and Slayer were cutting their teeth. Amazing time amazing music...I was in college in AZ but would drive home to party with my friends on the Strip almost every weekend...but the first of the bunch to break through was QUIET RIOT, then the flood gates opened !!!!
