Fully Woven Backpatch. Extremely fine sitching (no real raised stiching mounds, surface design is very flat.) Shape is Trapezoidal, meaning the top is wider than the bottom, dimensions are 12x14. Mayhem logo is done with fine/small silver/reflective thread.

Made by "*Hells Patches*" (The */Asterix represents the pentagrams on the sides of the Stamped maker logo [very simple lettering, and stamped twice. Black ink.]) Manufactuerers' origin or date is unknown, but I have reason to believe it's fairly modern (from the last few years 2014-2019,) judging from the quality and new condition.
