Mayhem Patch (not self-made!)

I saw Mayhem live last week, and some guy from my school had an extra under-the-stage pass, so he gave it to me. I arrived a little bit late for the "meet and greet" or whatever they call it. Later, between some of the opening bands, someone who downstairs seemed like an organizer or manager (he was somehow affiliated with the band) addresses me in a thick Norwegian accent:
"Wait here for five minutes. I've got something for you."

Five minutes later he comes back with this patch, saying:

"Sometimes it is better to be late."

No one else got one, and I have no information about it.
