How'd this one come into existence?? Absolutely love it. The original cover depicts Huang Chuncai waiting for his second of four surgeries. Though the tumours have since regrown, he's still alive and well, if that makes the cover any less uncomfortable. Fucking brutally cold and clinical album. Love it

It's a collab between Dr. Lipoma, Bad Mspaint Metal Albums and Whispers of Death I think? The Doc and a couple other bands agreed to have patches made of Bad Mspaint's reinterpretations. I'm not a fan of the end result personally, but if they can promote great music then its a plus🙏🤘
