as far as i know, they came with the little box edition only. But maybe you can snatch the box somewhere. Cant be that expensive.
Or maybe some1 is selling the patch seperately.

(that was the way, how i got my Grand Supreme Blood Court-patch)

Damn, looks like I'm going to need to do some digging on Discogs. Is the box edition like a paper sleeve over a jewel case or a digipack?
