WHere did you get this ? is this a boot ? or is there just a version with no copyright

I bought this patch on eBay. I am not really sure if it’s a boot or not because when I bought it, it didn’t have a description.

Looks like a licensed patch to me. I don't really see any notable differences between the ones known to be licensed and the one you got.
