It seems like Ptpp have disavowed this patch and their collaboration with Disma, because they cancelled an upcoming Disma patch a while back and you can't find this one on their archive

It’s sad too just because of Pillards alleged far right winged views. Supposedly Blood Spore had a patch that Ptpp was going to make but got dropped as well for the same issues.

That's probably the reason but it makes little sense to me because the controversial past of Pillard was well known from at least 2015 and on. How did they missed it ?
