There's no chance - there would have been thousands produced. Most have been lost, destroyed, forgotten about over the years. Dead stock is another possibility.
Couldn't agree more about the "lost, destroyed, forgotten" part. A lot of metalheads from the mid 80's (where patches didn't really have copyright but were still official) probably belong/belonged to people that are now it their late 40's/50's. Many of them probably dead already. It seems to me that metalheads usually die young (40's/50's)

Eh, I think probably a few hundred, I personally don't know, but because of not seeing it so often i'd say probably 100-250.
