Vintage Blind Guardian patch from 1993 with a killer design and outstanding use of colour. The first patch I actively sought out and first vintage patch I bought - my favourite band of all time!
Thank you! That’s awesome, was that the 2016 edition or another year? I got to see them in London in 2015 for the first time and then again the year after and both of those are incredibly memorable shows for me!
Yeah, 'twas the 2016 edition. What always amazes me with Blind Guardian is a) how they sound so much better live than they do on vinyl/disc and b) how they bring together metalheads from all kinds of genres to chant the chorus of Valhalla for 15 minutes - or the whole Bard's Song. Can't wait to see them again in the not too distant future.
I have the CD RockHard put out with tracks from that show and they sounded fantastic. True, I love the records dearly, but they have such power and grandiosity live that you just can't get on a recording. Haha, they certainly have some powerful magic over people with those two songs. Nice, that'll rule, I'd love to see them again, and if they don't do a larger tour then I will consider flying out for a show or two!

Good choice. Killer design and seeing Blind Guardian live at RockHard has got to be my alltime favourite concert.
