WHOA !!!!!! Not enough flames again ! Killer collection. The autographed poster is staggering ! Again everything in pristine condition. I feel like I'm in a virtual museum. Keep em coming.
Thanks man! I bought this from a guy who had it previously signed back in the day during the Considered Dead tour, so you can safely say that this was signed around 91/92. Even though I didn't get it signed myself, I guess I'll actually have to get it signed again by Luc himself. I met him before at Maryland Deathfest 2010 and he was really nice and humble. Next time they stop over, I'm definitely going to bring some of these.
I have a Massacre one as well and that is also signed. I'll post it soon.
Oh nice, Really cool! Sounds good man, Sadly they didn't come out when I seen them but I'm sure if they did a headliner set they'd offer meet & greet perhaps. Massacre are epic, You reminded me, I need to get a From Beyond patch...really classic stuff also! Cheers mate \m/
The last time I saw Gorguts was with Carcass a couple years ago - such a great show! Luc was selling merch after their set. He always makes time to connect with the fans. YES! Massacre rules! They were suppose to play under the moniker, Massacre X, but for some reason, they dropped off the bill. I'm super disappointed about that, but hey, I still get to see Demolition Hammer, Merciless, Mortem, and Sadistic Intent.
Yeah Bro, for sure anything from ' Considered Dead ' is extremely scarce. I only have the tribute poster, but you here have the rare U.K. promo. Even sweeter that it's signed. You know R/C most likely made a promo for it, but if and when it finally pops up is one of life's mysteries. I have the ' Obscura ' but that's about it. Did they make one for ' Erosion of Sanity ' ?
I was wondering if they ever made one? If anyone would know, it would be you. Those first two albums are some of my favoritesin all of death metal! There are also a lot of great death metal bands that came out of Quebec besides Goeguts and Cryptopsy like Cadavrosity, Necrotic Mutation, Entownizer, Obliveon, and more that I've forgotten.
Are you sure this Considered Dead promo is official? I don't think so because I also bought that Massacre - From Beyond from him and it looks like it was printed by either the venue or record store for some sort autograph session. That same seller sold a signed Atheist - Unquestionable Presence poster exactly like this but I didn't get it for some reason. This was also the same guy who sold that Epidemic of Violence promo poster (also signed).
I'm sure R/C made one. Probably looks the same as the ' The Ten Commandments ' poster. For sure an Obliveon ' From This Day Forward ' promo would be welcome. Definitely a nice run for Canadian bands at that time. As for the Considered Dead poster, I can't remember for the life of me the name of the U.K. based company. You have as well as I several of those promos. They are made of card stock paper and have the distinctive white borders.
Damn, would loved to have had my hands on that ' Unquestionable Presence ' poster. I just have no luck finding those Atheist posters.
