Very odd. Possibly a t-shirt cut out? I've never heard of the HAT copyright before.

nah, not a shirt cut out, regular back patch fabric.. so, everything seems alright except for the HAT :)

Yeah definitely not, that material is more solid that a shirt, you can tell it doesn’t stretch, plus borders are old school. This is super cool though!

thanks.. a mystery item for me, got this off from eBay USA back in 1998/99, was brand new at that time and i received it unopened with kinda shrink wrapped with a thin cardboard in the back but never figured out who's made these and don't remember seeing a back patch sold that way :)
