I believe in the simple concept that everything should be for sale. Therefore everything that I upload is marked for sale/trade. If you ask me about a item, then I am gonna give you the price it would take for me to want to sell that item. That price could be high if its something rare that I also happen to like a lot, and therefore basically do not want to let go off, but I am still gonna give you a price. I do not like the "make me a offer" game I believe that if you are prepared to sell something, then you should be prepared to name a price. But you do you man, that is just my personal opinion.
