ZZ TOP Eliminator vintage 1980s backpatch.
It's never been sewn on but has had a previous life - it's still in a very decent condition, as per pictures. The back features some superficial felt parts which have disappeared, probably an aftermath of blu-tack attachments to a wall.

This was printed and made last year by Outer Garments. If you have been sold this as 1999 you have been scammed.
