The market for bootleg patches is overloaded, no question, but still some very good designs were released these days.
If you deceide to releasea patch and give order to a company which produces them i have a tip for you, ask them if they could switch colors or do some details different. And ask them to send them with your regular order. Mostly its free for you when you got a good connection to the company.
And one thing, imo putting a price tag above 5€ for a boot patch is Ridiculous, you made these pieces to give back something for the scene and not profit for yourself. Could name a few people, but i wont. Ultimatly its about you willing to pay x amount of money. But here in germany the production cost of one patch (say you order 100 total) wont cost more then 2or3€ (depends how much pieces produced)
Obviously in mex or chine the cost will probably lower so i wonder how some people think they can put a 7 or 8€ price tag. But thats just my opinion
What goes for the manilla road, the horses have shiny masks which didnt appear on the regular patch and some silver thread replaced with golden. Not big of a change but its different :)
Take care and be fair

Awesome variants especially that golden Sortilege patch!
I recall on Morbideath's Cirith Ungol patch, one of the prototypes had neon green thread instead of silver, the result was actually quite cool:

Pulltheplug’s stuff… old post but his stuff actually seems sketchy to me now… how does he contact such big bands like Metallica and manage to get them to approve.. smells fishy
