An amulet designed by the occult writer G de Laval for Mephorash. More information about this can be found in the booklet that comes with the die hard edition of the Mephorash album 1557 - Rites of Nullification.
It comes with a metal chain but I made a 102 bead necklace for it (managed to broke it though so need to make a new one).
