I have at home tourist inflatable mattress coming from 80s made of similar fabric as some rubber patches I have. I suspect that the shortage of fabrics before 89 caused that specific materials were used for different purposes. Result is beautiful pattern you have on the back. I am sure it smells of old wardrobe, and 30 years of historu.
