'cause it's been more than a month he should've sent the sweatshirt. he haven't answered emails about the tracking info and then he blocked me when I repeatedly asked about it. I'm trying to save other people from possible scam and I thought that would be the way to in form them by opening the topic. thanks

I tried but since I've done the favor to the man sending money with "friends or family" option instead of 'pay for service', paypal wasn't able to help. the last option to try - I need to talk to the bank. like I said more important is to inform people stay away from that man. cheers and thanks for advice

I'm sorry about your trouble and that the shirt hasn't arrived!
Never, ever pay as "friends or family" and never ever pay the fees. So many people have fallen for this and been ripped off or paid more than they should when using paypal.
To everyone who reads this - walk away from a deal where the seller want you to pay as "friend or family" and never include the fees on top in a normal paypal transaction. It's all in the small print if you read it - It's always the seller, who agrees to get the payment via paypal, that should pay the fees, anything else is breaking the paypal agreement even if it's peanuts and pennies.
