My work in process jacket. The Skogen patch is not sew yet and there's still work to be done on the drawings. But still pretty pleased with the result so far, since it's my first attempt and everything is drawn free-hand. Still looking fo a nice backpatch to complete it. Thought the pin from Liljedahl glassworks was a nice addition since its part of my family history.

On the sleeves I painted two bindrunes, combination of multiple runes. On the left side of the belt I drew a cipherrune, inspired by the ones on the runestone rökstenen, spelling out, is - ice. On the right part of the belt i spelled out gifu - gift. Combining the letters spelling out gifu and the letter g in the elder runic alphabet - an x.
On the back there is a Vegvísir, a icelandic magical stave.
