Yes, as a latin american we have the biggest Rock/Metal fest of the continent here in Colombia [this year (2014) the affluence was 340.000 persons during the entire fest] it's called Rock al Parque [Rock at Park] and lasts for 3 days, one entirely dedicated to Metal w/ international bands, most remarkable I can say: Morbid Angel, Destruction, Exodus, Samael, Haggard, Fear Factory, Cannibal Corpse, Apocalyptica, Nile, Inquisition... etc.
