I bought it directly from whoever released it, but I cannot recall who or when that was. Must be at least 10+ years ago. This is my archive copy, another one was sewed onto my leather jacket for many years.

It was exactly the same for me. But I'd have to see who it was, I mean somewhere in Eastern Europe.
I shaped and sewed one on my BM vest, one is framed here together with my other Wulkanaz patches.
