This classic 1994 Cam de Leon design came in a few variations. This is arguably the most common longsleeve variant, with a red and white front print, syringe on the left sleeve, and hollow motif on the back. One lesser-seen version features an identical front print and sleeve, but with a large single Twin holding a red Tool logo in his hand on the rear. Another version (the rarest of the three longsleeves) features a hollow black and white front print more consistent with the back of this one (essentially an exact inverse of the white shortsleeve version - only that longsleeve version bares the 1994 copyright).

Yeah, it's pretty uncommon. I've only seen a few, and even less of the last one. Thanks as always!
