Flames are for Slayer!, but this doesn't look great on this kind of shirt....maybe if it was a work shirt it would look ok, but I guess for me the plaid here looks weird.

I actually really, really like it. But I'm a sucker for red plaid. I think it'll look really cool once you put some more patches on it, especially on and above the breast pockets.
