Skyclad Folkémon shirt
Vintage (just about) Skyclad shirt from 2000 released through the fan club to both commemorate ten years of the band and promote the then-new album Folkémon. The classic Skyclad logo is rendered in a lovely deep blue for the shabby looking cat to rest on while they play their repertoire. There is no back print and I believe this shirt was produced in a run of 200 copies, but I could easily be wrong. Of course, this would be the last album with Martin Walkyier and I think it holds up pretty well among the run of albums they made during his tenure. I’d love to know the decision-making process behind the album title, but there are more than a few occasions when I feel like the cat on the cover!
