I saw one of their albums in my local record store last week, what can you tell me about this band, is it doom or black metal? Looks somewhat interesting, thought this album art is kind of weak.

Fear not, the art may be weird, but it's a damn good album. Black Metal, Thrash, a touch of experimentalism, and good ol' Japanese wit make this band great. Overall they're quite an amorphous outing, changing their style all the time from Experimental Avant-Garde Black-ish Metal, Jazz/Prog/Symphonic music makes some entries, and they even used Disco at one point. They're a no-limits kind of band, but mainly their style hovers around Black Thrash, so expect that unless it's Gallows Gallery. Fuck I ranted.
