ABOUT THE SHOW...WTF? I know they were making up for missing the lame sf art festival city commercial event, but JESUS this was like a fucking rave. It had so many lazer and lights I COULDNT SEE THE BAND. LITERALLY.
Thank God I was high as fuck to enjoy watching the lights because it wasnt like I could see them onstage and I was surrounded by a bunch of burning man, high on X clones. I had a KYUSS shirt on and one person all night even seemed to know who the band was, let alone any connection. I got a few super discount tickets luckily and will not bother seeing this band as long as this orgy of light continues. You cant see how blinding it is online NEAR what level it was live.
Ive followed this band since always and have dug their shows. One being the best Ive ever seen (warfield SF) and I believe that was even the tour for their only shitty album El Vulgaris or whatever that boring LP was called. At least they have came back with the last two albums ..like clockwork being the better.
Make some money, I try my best to keep good bands paid for their work , but if your props take away from the show I dont see any point of seeing flashes of real people.
I laugh when I see this shit and people protest hologram or any A.I. FX etc, You could use a monkey and nobody will know as it stands today. save your cash and tie some glowsticks to your fan.
